For the past 2,5 years, we have been working towards becoming the largest European sports and media tech ecosystem. Today, we took a significant step in that direction. We've acquired Content Stadium, our biggest deal to date, and we couldn't be more excited about what comes next.
Who is Content Stadium?
If you work in sports, media, or iGaming, there's a good chance you've already come across them. Content Stadium is an all-in-one content operations platform trusted by more than 150 organisations worldwide, including Team Visma | Lease a Bike, AS Monaco, Eintracht Frankfurt, Eurosport, SPORT1, and the German Football Federation. Their platform lets teams manage media, create branded content at speed, and distribute across athletes and channels, all from one place.
Jasper Swelheim founded Content Stadium and has quietly built something genuinely impressive: a loyal customer base, a strong partner network, and a product that solves a real problem in a fast-moving market.
Why now, and why us?
David Dwinger, Co-founder & CEO of ve2ventures, puts it well: "Content Stadium is actively solving real problems in sport, with a proven platform and a loyal customer base built over the years. Bringing them into our ecosystem creates immediate value, for our ventures, for their clients, and for the direction we're taking the sports content industry."
For Ve2Ventures, this isn't just about adding a great product to the portfolio. Content Stadium's customer relationships, commercial infrastructure, and investor network now sit inside our ecosystem, creating real cross-sell potential across our ventures and accelerating the whole thing.
For Content Stadium, joining ve2ventures means more manpower, more resources, and a much faster path to global scale.
What changes, and what doesn't
Content Stadium's management team stays exactly where they are. The platform, the client relationships, the culture Jasper has built, all of it continues. What changes is the pace.
By combining both tech teams, we can move faster on product development and compress the time from idea to market. Central to that is MediaMorph, the AI engine running through the ve2 ecosystem. Its integration into Content Stadium isn't a bolt-on feature; it's the layer that makes the whole platform smarter: better media management, faster content creation, more efficient distribution. That's what sets the combined offering apart.
We're also bringing Podcas into the mix. Built specifically for fan engagement through audio, Podcas gives Content Stadium users a new format to deepen their connection with audiences, something sports organisations are increasingly looking for and not yet finding in their current stack.
Where this fits in the bigger picture
This acquisition is a deliberate move to establish ve2ventures as the leading media infrastructure provider for sports clubs and media organisations. With Content Stadium as the foundation and MediaMorph and Podcas expanding its capabilities, we're now positioned to define how sports organisations create, manage, distribute, and monetise media at scale across markets.
Jasper Swelheim, Founder & CEO of Content Stadium, said it well: “The market is moving towards more integrated and intelligent content operations. Sports organisations increasingly need one ecosystem where the entire content workflow comes together, from media management and content creation to distribution, sponsorship activation, and commercial value measurement. That's exactly the direction we're building towards.”
So are we.
Welcome to the ecosystem, Content Stadium.
