Venture Builder
We’re ve2ventures, a venture studio that invests in external startups and also builds our own companies from the ground up. We are a unique mix of entrepreneurs, product and tech experts, driven by a passion for building amazing, innovative products. Together, we’re building the world’s largest sports and media tech ecosystem.
In 2 years, we've grown to a team of 60+, working on over 20 ventures and supported by 35 investors. As our startups grow and mature, so grows our need for sharp, hands-on builders who can turn ideas into real products. That's where you, our new Venture Builder, will come in. You'll be working at the heart of the studio — helping shape, launch, and scale new ventures from the ground up.
What you'll do
Own the build from day one
You'll take early-stage venture concepts and drive them forward — defining product direction, validating commercial assumptions, and making things real. You're comfortable in the space between idea and traction.
Bridge product and commercial
You think in both user problems and business models. You can scope an MVP and write a go-to-market in the same week. You don't wait to be told which hat to wear.
Work across the portfolio
You'll collaborate closely with founders, operators, and the core ve2 team across multiple ventures — bringing fresh thinking, honest feedback, and real execution.
Help shape what's next
As a studio, we're always identifying new opportunities in sports and media tech. You'll be part of the conversations that decide what we build next.
What we're looking for
0→1 experience
You've built something from scratch before — as a founder, early hire, or operator. You know what it takes to go from nothing to something, and you're not afraid of the messy middle.
Product and commercial fluency
Strong enough on product to shape what gets built. Sharp enough commercially to know why it matters. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to speak the language.
Sports affinity
You care about sports and understand its business landscape. Passion for the industry is a real advantage here.
Studio mentality
You're energised by working across multiple things at once, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
Collaborative by default
You work well with founders, creatives, and operators alike. You have opinions, but you listen. You push things forward without steamrolling.
