Sports Venture Builder
We’re ve2ventures, a venture studio that invests in external startups and also builds our own companies from the ground up. We are a unique mix of entrepreneurs, product and tech experts, driven by a passion for building amazing, innovative products. Together, we’re building the world’s largest sports and media tech ecosystem.
In 2 years, we’ve grown to a team of 60+, working on over 20 ventures and supported by 35 investors. As our startups grow and mature, so grows our need for high-quality output. That’s where you, our new Medior Designer, will come in. You’ll be working alongside two experienced designers to apply craft and visual storytelling across brand and digital experiences.
This is not a traditional hire. We're looking for founders-in-motion: people who are already building a venture in sports — preferably football — and who are ready to stop going it alone. If you've got traction, a thesis, or a product in progress, we want to hear from you. Bring your venture with you. We'll give it the infrastructure, capital, network, and expertise to go further, faster.
What you'll do

Your startup or project joins the ve2 portfolio and operates under our umbrella. You keep building, but now with the full weight of our team, tools, and investor network behind you.
Shape the sports tech ecosystem.
You'll be an active builder within our portfolio, contributing to cross-venture thinking and helping define what the next generation of sports and media tech looks like.
Collaborate without losing your edge.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow founders, product leaders, and operators. Benefit from shared resources while staying close to your venture's core vision.

What we're looking for
You're already building.
You have a venture — at any stage — in sports tech, with a strong preference for football. You have a clear problem you're solving, and you're not starting from zero.
Founder mindset, entrepreneurial by nature.
You take ownership, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity. You're energized by building, not managing a process.
Sports knowledge is non-negotiable.
You understand the sports landscape — its business models, its audiences, its inefficiencies, and its opportunities. Football fluency is a real advantage.
Collaborative but independent.
You want the support of a studio without losing your autonomy. You know when to ask for help and when to move on your own.
Ready to be part of something bigger.
