Full Stack Engineer

Together, we’re building the world’s largest sports and media tech ecosystem.

In 2 years, we’ve grown to a team of 60+, working on over 20 ventures and supported by 35 investors. As our startups grow and mature, so grows our need for high-quality output. That’s where you, our new Medior Designer, will come in. You’ll be working alongside two experienced designers to apply craft and visual storytelling across brand and digital experiences.


The Role

You'll own features end-to-end across our venture portfolio — from database schema to polished UI. We operate in small, high-output teams where everyone ships. You'll architect systems, mentor developers, and make critical technical decisions daily.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years shipping production TypeScript — Next.js and React Native preferred

  • Deep experience with relational databases, ORMs (Prisma), and API design

  • Track record of building and deploying on Vercel / serverless platforms

  • Comfort working across the full stack in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

  • You embrace and embody an AI first mentality

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack features in Next.js, React Native (Expo), and tRPC

  • Design and evolve PostgreSQL schemas with Prisma across multiple ventures

  • Integrate AI capabilities into products — from LLM orchestration to intelligent UX

  • Own the API layer: type-safe from database to client using TypeScript end-to-end

  • Set up and maintain CI/CD, monitoring (Sentry), and analytics (PostHog)
