Designer
We’re ve2ventures, a venture studio that invests in external startups and also builds our own companies from the ground up. We are a unique mix of entrepreneurs, product and tech experts, driven by a passion to build amazing and innovative products. Together, we’re building the world’s largest sports and media tech ecosystem.
In 2 years we’ve grown to a team of 60+, working on over 20 ventures and supported by 35 investors. As our startups grow and mature, so grows our need for high quality output. That’s where you, our new Medior Designer, will come in. You’ll be working alongside two experienced designers to apply craft and visual storytelling across brand and digital experiences.
What you'll do
Work Across Formats: You’ll be crafting a wide range of outputs, from idea to execution across brand, social media, campaigns, digital experiences and decks.
Consistency: Ensure outputs are true to each venture’s brand principles.
Exploration: Build on existing visual systems when the right opportunities arise — pushing the visual language forward without breaking what works.
Team Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, marketing team, product owners, content team, and other designers to push our ventures further.
What we're looking for
Visual Storytelling: A conceptual thinker who designs with meaning and intent, grounding ideas in the why and bringing them to life through clear visual narratives.
AI as a Creative Tool: Experience working with AI (Weavy, Midjourney, etc) and exploring its creative potential. You use it to enhance your process and you're curious about what's next.
Room to Grow: 3-4 years of experience in a similar fast-paced role, interest in independently leading projects within a couple of years.
Multidisciplinary Range: Comfortable moving between brand identity, marketing collateral, and digital product design, or keen to expand across them.
Tool Fluency: Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe and familiarity with prototyping tools for the web.
Cultural Curiosity: Actively engaged with design, technology and culture.
Adaptive Energy: Flexible and ready to embrace evolving briefs, new challenges, and quickly changing priorities.
Can-Do Mindset: Solution-oriented and positive, with a genuine drive to learn, grow, and make better work.
We believe great work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we mostly work on location in our office in Amstelveen.
